Upgrade your HZJ105 base model with this complete R151 to H152 gearbox conversion kit.

Features a brand new H152 gearbox sourced from 2017+ VDJ79 models, engineered with optimised 2nd and 5th gear ratios for enhanced performance and efficiency. The H152 unit has been precision-converted with a 21-spline input shaft to ensure seamless compatibility with your HZJ105 clutch assembly.

This bolt-in solution delivers improved drivability without requiring additional modifications to your vehicle's drivetrain architecture.

Kit Includes

• H152 Gearbox (H152 is to be converted and fitted with 21 spline input shaft to suit HZJ105 clutch)
• Bellhousing to suit 1HZ to H152
• 5 Speed gearstick
• 4x4 Part-time gear stick
• New Toyota transfer case input gear (to be fitted by customer, guidance provided)
• Bearing to suit transfer case input gear
• Replacement clutch thrust washer
• Replacement spigot bearing
• Seal for transferase input gear

Gearbox comes with 12 month unlimited kilometre warranty. Warranty does not cover melted (overloaded) bearings and/or broken teeth on gears (this is a sign of the gears being overloaded beyond its capabilities)
