Complete HZJ105 GXL series conversion kit featuring a brand new H152 gearbox (2017+) with enhanced 2nd and 5th gear ratios. International freight available.

This kit includes a custom-fitted 14-spline input shaft engineered to integrate seamlessly with HDJ100 clutch assemblies.

Upgrade from the base R151 transmission to gain improved performance, durability, and gear engagement.

Purpose-built for HZJ105 applications, this conversion delivers modern transmission technology with factory-quality reliability and precision engineering.

• Brand new bellhousing from HDJ100 to suit 1HDT to H152
• 5 Speed gear stick
• 4x4 Part-time gear stick
• Brand new VDJ79 part time transfer case
• Rear machined genuine Toyota fly wheel to suit 300mm clutch
• Genuine Toyota HDJ100 clutch kit
• Genuine Toyota HDJ100 clutch slave cylinder
• Brand new genuine Toyota heavy duty heavy duty cast iron HDJ100 clutch fork
• Associated bolts and hardware to suit conversion

Gearbox comes with 12-month unlimited kilometre warranty. Warranty does not cover melted (overloaded) bearings and/or broken teeth on gears (this is a sign of the gears being overloaded beyond its capabilities).
