H152 Conversion Kit

To suit HDJ80 H151 originally with 1HDT 4.2L Factory Turbo Diesel Engine.

Gearbox originally has 14 spline input shaft.

This is a master rebuild kit with all bearings, seals and genuine Toyota Synchro's, along with dtents and springs required to rebuild the gearbox to its original standards.

The wearing of the 1st/2nd gear synchro hub along with the spring and detents is the main cause of crunching 2ns gear symptoms. This kit rectifies the issues, as it's not always just the synchro.

The only additional serviceable parts that maybe required is reverse and 5th gear synchro, but these are usually within factory serviceable specifications on your average rebuild.
